Dilys still remembers her earliest encounters with her two creative loves – photography and graphic design. The first at age nine, when handed her first disposable camera while on vacation. She has since sought to capture the beauty and mystery of this crazy world on film and pixels. Dilys' second love began with the old Microsoft card making software, Greetings Workshop. Many homemade cards, bad poetry (sorry Mum), growing up and graduating to the Adobe Creative Suite later, Dilys continues to create designs for both print and digital use.

Dilys received a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in 2012, majoring in history and international relations. She served as staff photographer at the Tufts Daily, and was elected photography editor for the arts section. In 2008, her coverage of election night at Tufts was featured on U.S. News’ website. She received her master's degree in mass communication from Boston University in 2015.
